  3. CONGO - Passport and visa required.  Single-entry $30 or multiple-entry
  4. $50, for tourist/business stay up to 3 months, requires yellow fever and
  5. cholera immunizations and onward/return ticket.  First-time applicants need
  6. 3 application forms and 3 photos, returning visitors need only 2.  For
  7. business visa must have company letter stating reason for trip.  Include
  8. SASE for return of passport by mail.  Letter of introduction stating reason
  9. for trip, 3 applications and 3 photos required.  Apply Embassy of the
